Every season, WMGSO offers space in our 5.5" x 8.5" concert programs for community members to purchase advertisements or pre-printed inserts.

We distribute our programs to all concert attendees, reaching nearly 1,000 people each season. 

​

Advertisements are printed in full color on quality glossy paper.

​

Our advertisement rates are as follows:

​

• $150 for full page (5.5-inch width x 8.5-inch height;1650px by 2550px) or pre-printed insert

• $100 for half page (5.5-inch width x 4.25-inch height; 1650px by 1275px) 

• $60 for quarter page (5.5-inch width x 2.125-inch height; 1650px by 638px). Please contact us if you prefer vertical orientation.

To submit an ad for an upcoming program, please email Assistant Development Director at development@wmgso.org with the subject line: Concert Program Advertisement.

Please submit ads at least three weeks prior to a concert to secure your spot in WMGSO's program. Ad submissions for our next concert are due by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Monday, April 29, 2024.
